Padma Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to become an integral part of our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the property management and rental industry and will possess exceptional leadership skills. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing various aspects of our Real Estate business.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Real Estate department.
  • Manage a team of property managers and rental agents.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide guidance and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Monitor market trends and make recommendations to leadership for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Manage financial budgeting and forecasting for the department.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in the hiring and training of new team members.
