Job Description

Report to: General Manager

Supervises to: Marketing activities of organization

Mode of contract: Rolling annual contract with a probation period of six months. The annual contract will be renewable

General scope of the position: 

Deputy General Manager will be mainly responsible to promote our organization's brand and services. In this role, he/she   will be responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales activities of the organization in a designated area to achieve sales objectives. He/she   will be optimizing our sales and marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. To ensure success, he/she will need extensive knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads and that expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.  

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the marketing function of the organization and working closely with General Manager to develop marketing strategies to promote the “Bodhi” brand and generate business leads
  • Drive the implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns, activities and programs to create and position the brand in the market
  • Apply strategic marketing experience in advising on the selection of appropriate marketing strategies and activities to support events based on their potential benefit maximizing the value creation and return on investment
  • Prepare annual marketing budget and forecasts of revenue from potential business
  • Provide leadership and manage the operations and activities of the marketing division including responsibilities of reporting, financial, human resource and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain strategic working relationships with key stakeholders at the senior level including media partners, advertising agencies and banking partners
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team and oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales campaigns
  • Report to General Manager for daily updates of sales activities
  • Develop Marketing strategies/ promote sales campaign etc. to sale out the houses under construction in coordination with General Manager and Managing Director
  • Enter the agreement on behalf of the Company to the buyers of the individual homes
  • Develop the brand of the Company through social media campaign
