The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) will play a pivotal leadership role in overseeing daily operations, implementing corporate strategies, and ensuring alignment across departments. This position requires a forward-thinking, results-oriented professional with strong business acumen, strategic insight, and proven leadership capabilities in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Executive Officer in overall strategic planning, management, and operations.
Develop and execute business strategies in line with the company’s mission and vision.
Lead day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with government bodies, local communities, partners, and stakeholders.
Promote innovation and service excellence in cable car operations and tourism services.
Manage risks and implement internal control mechanisms.
Report periodically to the Board of Directors on operational and financial performance.
Oversee business development, financial management, and institutional governance.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies and projects.
Represent the organization in external meetings and stakeholder engagements.
Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with the company’s goals.
Supervise departmental heads and ensure timely project execution.
Prepare business plans, reports, and operational strategies.
In depth knowledge regarding share market.
Plan to execute target set up.

Siddhartha Cable Car Limited is a registered company with the Nepal government. This company is owned by highly reputed entrepreneurs who are involved in different trades and professions like: engineering, steel fabrication, trading contractors, and hotelier. It is located in two districts i.e. Rupandehi and Palpa. The lower terminal station is proposed at Deurali Danda, Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Rupandehi with an altitude of 300 masl. Similarly, upper terminal station (return station) is proposed at Nuwakot, Tinau Rural Municipality-2, Palpa in the east of Kal Bhairab Kamana temple and Mani Mukundasen Fort at Nuwakot with an altitude of 800 masl. Siddhartha cable care system is designed for transporting the passenger, a maximum of 500 people per hour. In this system, we have 25 numbers of gondolas. It takes 8 to 10 minutes to travel from the lower station to the upper station. The system of the purposed cable car is a mono-cable, circulating detachable system.
