Job Description

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and employee development
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company and the work of assigned departments (Marketing, Human Resources, IT, and Administration)
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel
  • Ensure that projects, programs and plans deliver qualitative output within time and costs.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Monitor company performance and results, including analyzing the projects, programs and plans in which company has engaged.
  • Lead the performance management processes that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization.
  • Oversee and manage the business development of the company, including development and delivery of strategies to acquire the business.
  •  Build and maintain a distinctive relationship with clients, partner organizations, and key experts/ professionals
  • Oversee the daily operations and implement improvements as necessary
