We are looking for a top-level executive to serve as our Deputy CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the media industry and a proven track record of success in a leadership role. As the Deputy CEO, you will work closely with the CEO to drive the company's strategic vision and ensure its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior management to define and execute the company’s strategic vision and goals, leading long-term business planning to align with market trends and organizational objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies, while optimizing resource allocation and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, driving the production of engaging, relevant, and impactful news content, and staying ahead of industry trends to adapt to the rapidly evolving media landscape.
• Build and maintain a collaborative, high-performing team by supporting professional development, creating an inclusive workplace, and mentoring department heads to ensure accountability and alignment with company objectives.
• Work with the finance team to prepare budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure sustainability and profitability, identifying new revenue streams and driving their execution.
• To ensure effective line management and the well-functioning of departments.
• To build relationships with staff and all stakeholders and ensure that organizational change is managed in a restorative and positive manner, providing direction and leadership to Senior Leaders and teams as appropriate
