We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental doctor to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental, with expertise in implementing innovative strategies to promote dental services and engage with patients. The role requires in managing dental department.

Academic Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent.
Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dental doctor in dental department in any healthcare industry or a related field.

Job Description

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess oral health and identify dental problems.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs and preferences.
Perform dental procedures including but not limited to:

➧Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges).
➧Endodontic treatment (root canal therapy).
➧Oral surgery (extractions, implant placement).
➧Periodontal treatment (scaling, root planning).
➧Prosthodontics (dentures, implants).

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology, materials, and techniques.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols.
Participate in professional development activities and continuing education programs.

Duty Hours: 8 hours a day( 48 Hrs per week)
