Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing preventive dental care, educating patients on oral hygiene, and assisting dentists in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform oral examinations and assess dental hygiene conditions
Carry out professional teeth cleaning, scaling, polishing, and stain removal
Apply preventive treatments including fluoride and sealants
Take and develop dental X-rays as advised by the dentist
Assist dentists during procedures and clinical treatments
Educate patients on brushing, flossing, nutrition, and preventive oral care
Maintain accurate treatment notes, patient records, and documentation
Ensure sterilization, infection control, and maintenance of instruments and equipment

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Certified or trained Dental Hygienist
Excellent patient counseling and communication skills
Strong knowledge of preventive dental care and infection control protocols
Prior experience in dental clinics, hospitals, or healthcare setups preferred
Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality
