Job Description

  • Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including reviewing patients' medical histories, assessing oral conditions, and taking X-rays to identify dental issues.
  • Perform dental cleanings, including removing plaque, calculus, and stains from teeth, and perform dental scaling to remove tartar buildup.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, provide personalized oral care instructions, and recommend dental products for home use.
  • Administer non-surgical periodontal treatments like root planing and provide preventive services to manage gum diseases.
  • Assist dentists during dental procedures, such as dental fillings, extractions, and root canals, by preparing instruments and materials and maintaining a sterile environment.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and X-ray images, and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
