Job Description

Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of oral health conditions, including dental caries, gum diseases, and oral infections.
Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Carry out tooth extractions and minor oral surgical procedures when necessary.
Administer local anesthesia and manage pain effectively during procedures.
Conduct dental radiographs (X-rays) and interpret results.
Manage dental emergencies such as trauma, infections, and pain.
Fabricate or oversee the creation of prosthodontic appliances like dentures and partial dentures.
Provide preventive dental care, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
Educate patients and the community on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterilization standards.
Supervise and train dental assistants or support staff when necessary.
Participate in community outreach and oral health awareness programs.
