• Work with S&P lead to develop detailed monthly, quarterly and yearly analyses, forecasts, and business models to help define and achieve strategic short and long-term goals
• Work with different teams to drive Profitability metrices and order frequency norms in buyer

• Combine marketing, onsite performance and other key metric data points and historical trends, with key insights from business teams into detailed and accurate Sales forecasts
• Liaise with business units to recommend and drive implementation of new productivity and cost saving initiatives, and prepare business cases to support strategic and other business decisions
• Extract, deep-dive into, & manipulate data to identify causes, and derive actionable insights
• Innovate and implement tools to drive business performance improvement, cost efficiencies and forecasting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree from a top university in STEM, Business, Accounting & Finance, Statistics or Economics subjects
• 1-2 years’ experience in demand and/or supply-chain planning and data analytics, with a proven track record delivering insightful and actionable analyses to senior management
• Go-getter attitude, willing to immerse themselves in the business, and a proactive approach to getting things done
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Adaptive to changing scope and evolving business environments as per business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with different stakeholders across various business environments and cultures successfully
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required, SQL proficiency desired
