Reporting Line: Supply Chain Planning Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Developing production schedules based on master planning of sales requirement and production capacity
Determine manpower, raw material, equipment needed to cover the production demand
Scheduling work shifts in close coordination with individual departments and HR
Monitoring materials supplies and prepare inventory report to avoid stoppage and loss of available production window
Flag and troubleshoot the production issues and alter the master production schedule if needed to support the Demand Planning System
Prepare periodical reports based on findings and performance of production, circulate them to respective stakeholders
Coordinate to conduct Sales & Operations planning meeting as per the pre aligned calendar
