Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration or a related field. Some previous experience in a warehouse, e-commerce, or logistics setting is desirable. 

Competencies, Qualifications and Expectations:

  • Excellent communication, customer service and customer handling skills.
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Nepali. 
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive. 
  • Experience using social media. 
  • S/he is expected to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines while giving attention to detail.
  • S/he is expected to be a quick learner, adapt to new situations and be a multi-tasker.
  • S/he must have the passion and interest to grow and learn in a newly found business. 


Job Description

  • Check orders for accuracy, process them, fulfill them and ensure timely pick-up and delivery of products. 
  • Manage and ensure smooth delivery on a day-to-day basis.
  • Coordinate with vendors for order pick up and inventory management; and set up a system for efficient communication. 
  • Manage packaging of products and packaging inventory. 
  • Keep the pick-up, delivery and packaging databases up to date. 
  • Coordinate the route schedule for the Delivery Rider and maintaining close communication with her/him to ensure deliveries are made efficiently and on time. 
  • Coordinate and maintain constant communication with the Accounts and Admin Officer for customer invoices, order slips, etc. 
  • Providing customer/vendor support and assistance over phone/email/social media, and enhance customer/vendor relations. S/he must communicate with the customers politely and effectively, keeping in mind that s/he is representing the company.
  • Maintain up to date sales records and stock reports.
  • Provide any other support or carry out any other task as requested by the Co-Founders.
