Job Purpose

This position is responsible for Effective Market Coverage of the given POD, recruitment, effective mobilization of Sub Dealership. Motivate & consistently roll over the business KPIs. 

Recruitment of Sub Dealership

• Identification of Proper Location for Sub Dealer
• Approach for selection
• Recruitment of Sub Dealers
• Orientation of system & process to Sub Dealer

Execute Effective Market Coverage

• Plan & execute daily, weekly and monthly market visits
• Effective monitoring & guidance to Sub dealers
• Ensure Marketing Materials & Merchandise are adequate at sub dealer & POS
• Enhance capability of Sub Dealer
• Mapping of competition activity in the market

Achievement of Target

• Achieve monthly target on ISP connection and DTH
• Ensure timely collection of receivables
• Availability of minimum stock level of CPE
