Job Description

Cedar Gate Services is looking for Associate/Senior/Data Support Engineers in our Data Backlog Support team. Data Support Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and debugging data issues and fixing them to support the maintenance of the ETL process.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques
Work with SQL databases (primarily RedShift, MySQL and MSSQL) to create tables, stored procedures, and functions according to the design document provided
Work with Hive and big data systems
Resolve both general and client-specific issues
Provide analytics on the client tickets
Test execution (manual/automated)
Assist, review, and train Associate Data Engineers and Data Engineers
Communicate with a subject matter expert when required
Follow data processes
