Invitation for Proposals: Data Migration Audit from Legacy to iSolution System

Rastriya Jeewan Beema Company Limited invites eligible audit firms /company  to submit proposals for conducting a Data Migration Audit as part of our transition from a legacy DOS-based system to the modern system.

Scope of Work

The selected company will:

• Verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data.
• Identify and report any discrepancies, anomalies, or data loss.
• Assess the migration process for compliance with best practices.
• Validate the usability and reliability of the migrated data in the Current system.

Eligibility Criteria

Only registered and compliant audit firms meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply:

• Company Registration: Must be a legally registered entity.
• Tax Clearance: Provide a valid tax clearance certificate.
• VAT Registration: Must be registered under VAT.
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in data migration audits, especially involving legacy systems and modern platforms.

Required Expertise

• Proficiency in data migration processes and verification tools.
• Familiarity with legacy DOS-based systems and the Modern DB platform.
• Knowledge of SQL and data integrity validation techniques.
