Data Management & Documentation Officer

The candidate for this position will be based in Lalitpur with frequent field travel in relation to work and is required to:

Document required information of project activities and update organizational information as required for reporting and publication.
Prepare project reports and organizational reports as required by project documents and guidance.
Develop systematic archives (electronic or other) and update regularly ensuring that required documents are available as and when necessary.
Provide necessary documentation supports in conducting partners meeting, organization representation, and review and reflection meetings.
Assist in development of data management system.
Assist in organizational communications (print and digital)
Assist in developing case stories through creative means of video, photos and storytelling.
Assist in report writing of Nagarik Aawaz’s peace building programs with frequent travel in field areas

Minimum required qualification: Bachelors Degree in communication or in other social science with one years of work experience. Strong knowledge in filmmaking, photography, storytelling and post-production workflow.

Duration: Initially for two year.
