Job Description

Department: Invoicing

Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data into the company’s databases and systems. This role involves processing large volumes of data and ensuring its accuracy and completeness. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into various software systems, databases, or spreadsheets.
  • Update and maintain existing records in company databases.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
  • Process data received from various sources (e.g., paper documents, emails, and forms) into digital format.
  • Transcribe data from handwritten or scanned forms into digital files.
  • Organize and file documents and data for easy retrieval.
  • Generate and prepare reports from entered data as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered.
  • Perform data validation and verification tasks.
  • Double payment verification.
  • Invoice verification.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Deposit update and fund Transfer.
  • Collaborate with other departments to clarify and gather necessary data.
  • Respond to inquiries related to data or records management.
  • Handle sensitive information responsibly and adhere to privacy guidelines.
