Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Data Input and Verification:

Transfer data from paper formats into computer database systems using keyboards.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
Enter and update data in a timely and accurate manner.
Verify and cross-check data to ensure consistency and eliminate errors.

Requirements and skills:

Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
Basic understanding of databases.
Great attention to detail.
High school degree or equivalent.
