Job Description

Enter data from various sources, such as production reports, purchase orders, and inventory records into company's database or enterprise resource planning system and verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entries, cross referencing with source documents when necessary.
Update and maintain plant-related records, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating stock levels and tracking the movement of materials and finished products by collaborating with the inventory control team to reconcile discrepancies and resolve inventory-related issue.
Compline production data from different departments and generate regular production reports as required by management ensuring timely submission of production reports to meet internal and external reporting deadlines.
Assist in extracting and organizing data for analysis, supporting the plant's decision making processes and improvement initiatives.
Maintain data integriry by implementing appropriate quality control measures and data validation techniques handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Work closely with the production, logistics and other departments to collect data and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
