Job Description

Cedar Gate services is looking for an Associate/Senior/Data Engineering Manager in our Data Backlog Support team. Data Engineering Manager provides analytical support to the Account team client support. This role requires a deep understanding of the US Healthcare data covering both technical understandings of relevant EDI formats and subject matter knowledge of codes. Must be able to communicate complex technical issues with non-technical Account team members and client counterparts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure that clients are implemented correctly
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and abstract low-level information to a standard
Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all members of the team
Be responsible for communication and resolution of clients’ technical issues
Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff over to maintenance clients
Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates
Grant least privilege access to resources
Monitor resource utilization
Monitor the performance of resources
Ensure that organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team
Revoke access for resources rotating off the team or leaving the company
Perform other related duties as necessary
