Dlytica Nepal is seeking talented Data Engineers to join its growing Data & AI team. The selected candidates will work on the DataNature Sovereign AI Lakehouse, AI360 Studio, and enterprise data projects for clients across North America, Nepal, and the Middle East.

The role involves designing scalable data solutions, developing modern data pipelines, working with cloud technologies, and collaborating with international clients and technical teams to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT solutions.
Work extensively with Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
Develop and manage data workflows using Apache Airflow and cloud platforms.
Implement version control, Git workflows, and CI/CD practices.
Build reliable and optimized data processing solutions for enterprise projects.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and international clients.
Participate in requirement gathering, technical discussions, solution design, and project delivery.
Troubleshoot data pipeline and processing issues and ensure data quality and reliability.
Follow best practices for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication & Client-Facing Requirements
Strong professional English communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
Ability to participate confidently in technical discussions and project meetings.
Client-facing and project delivery experience will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Experience: 3–5 years after Bachelor’s degree
Senior/Lead: 8+ years after Bachelor’s degree
Experience working on enterprise-level data engineering projects.
Exposure to international clients and distributed teams.
Experience in consulting, solution delivery, or client-facing environments.
Strong understanding of modern data engineering architecture and practices.
Ability to independently analyze requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
