Job Description

Objective 1: Maintain updated personal files and HR database:


  • Prepare and update monthly HR Database
  • Maintain e-attendance by keeping track of all incoming/outgoing/excess time and leave request details of each employee
  • Create monthly attendance report 
  • Maintaining & updating necessary filing, photocopying, transcribing and all other administration documentation
  • Provide necessary information to HR supervisor to prepare monthly HR report.

Objective 2: Involve in staff’s recruitment, selection and exit process:


  • Updating recruitment dashboard, inbox monitoring
  • Assist in preparing experience letters for the exit staff, facilitating for the final clearance, etc.

Objective 3: Provide support to other HR activities:


  • Assist in preparation of database of performance appraisal reports, etc
  • Follow up on the performance appraisals timeline
  • Ensure and follow up that the staff had insurance facilitated
  • Support in collection of  information of the colleges / universities details
  • Assist in preparation of database of training requests documents/templates
  • Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls
  • Book and Schedule Meetings
  • Provide any other support assigned by the HR supervisors as and whenever required
