Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than 5 years
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent) 
  • Over 5 years of experience in data, including either EDI-related or subject matter-related roles
  • Experience with US Healthcare Data is an advantage
  • Should initiate work processes and work diligently to ensure that the client's expectations are met 
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential
  • Familiarity with cloud-based processing is beneficial  
  • Knowledge of Postgres/Redshift is advantageous, along with expertise in working with parsing tools
  • Scripting in Python is a plus  
  • Effective communication skills in English are required

Job Description

The Data Analytics Manager provides analytical support to the Account team for client support. This position requires an in-depth understanding of US Healthcare data, encompassing a technical understanding of relevant EDI formats and subject matter knowledge on codes. Effective communication of complex technical issues with both non-technical account team members and client counterparts is a key aspect of this role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams in the organization to ensure accurate client implementation
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and abstract up from low-level information to a standardized format
  • Capture and communicate Business Use Cases to all team members
  • Be responsible for communication and resolution of clients' technical issues 
  • Ensure that all documentation is complete and accurate for a smooth handoff over to maintenance clients 
  • Recruit, train, and mentor subordinates 
  • Monitor resource utilization 
  • Monitor the performance of resources 
  • Ensure organizational policies and procedures are followed by the team 
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary
