Roles and responsibilities of this job

Helping with switchover of accounts by contacting retailers and requesting a change to contact details (emails/mail/phone)
Bill Parsing (Data extraction from bills)
Collection of invoices from supplier portals
Ad hoc data entry
Regular preparation of reports

Excellent knowledge of general Microsoft packages including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy for Data Entry
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to work independently
