Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and compile data from various sources for analysis.
  • Perform detailed data cleaning, validation, and formatting.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools, to analyze and present data.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports to monitor key business metrics.
  • Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across reports.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA/BBS).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, chart creation, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills for presenting findings to team members.
