Job Purpose 

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data across a variety of sources, creating measurable and actionable reports for internal use. When assigned, the Data Analyst will also assist in the creation and testing of data processes. Also responsible for building ad-hoc reports and analyses, validating and auditing internal data, as well as monitoring the quality and performance of incoming data sources and platforms. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate, clear reports as requested by internal customers 
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports 
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality 
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on department initiatives and status reports 
• Undertake operational research to identify and recommend solutions to challenges being faced across verticals
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs 
• Identification and resolution of issues presented by data 
• Improve existing and design new MIS reports for making informed decision making
• Preparing Daily, weekly and Monthly reports
• Compile, Analyse and Interpret reports for principal companies in their required formats
• Ensure to translate business goals into quantifiable analysis activities
• Preparing and presenting reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data

Note: Should have prior experience creating dashboards, pivot analysis and VLOOKUP function.
