  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Bachelor's Degree in Business & Economics, Advertising​
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities and strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems, and using sound judgment and fact-based analysis, develop effective and efficient solutions
  • Demonstrated ability of excelling in a fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environments under high pressure

Job Description

  • Enable brands to maximize sales on DarazMall via data trends, and drive product innovations and engagement
  • Comprehensive understanding of insights and assortment to help identify sales opportunities, customer growth and engagement
  • Actively help grow DarazMall by driving category teams to implement strategic campaign initiatives including brand launch, products and segments
  • Monitor and analyze brand and campaign performance to help business grow
  • Collaborate with departments and channels across the organization to deliver on targets
  • Proactively help develop collaborative campaigns with brand partners and provide category insights and objective growth opportunities
  • Actively participate in giving data insights for JBPs (Joint Business Plans), and Brand Partner meetings
