Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are hiring Sales & Customer Support position for International Luxury Jewelry brand. As such, your responsibilities will include a range of activities mostly related to sales & customer support while- ultimately you will be exposed to a exciting fast paced environment encompassing elements of Ecommerce, Marketing, Social Media, Content Creation, Designs and more

With Min. 3 Years Experience in Sales & Customer Support in any Industry ( Jewelry or Luxury Item Sales Experience will be given priority )
Handling Customer queries online ( Instagram, Facebook & Tik Tok )
Comfortable in handling customers in person as well & on calls.
Managing Customer Data, New Orders & Custom Orders in sheets & Doc.
Following up with Customers & Internal Team Members about the order status.
Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for Rush Orders, and Reviewing Pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
Understand Customer Journey & Sales psychology
Familiar with tools like Google Meet, Google Suite ( Email, Doc, Slides, Sheets, Drive)
Update Website backend for new Invoice, new order placement
Coordinating with other team Members for seamless work
Creative & Enthusiastic to learn about Sales & Marketing landscape both Online & Offline
Good communication skills both English & Nepali
Fast learner & Presentable personality.
Candidate must be based in Kathmandu Valley

Requirements:

Understanding a basics of Sales principles & Digital Marketing
Understand Ecommerce - Customer Support
Eye for Detail & Inclination towards Global Brand / Luxury Brand
Excellent communication in English and Nepali.( Both Written & Verbal )
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters both online and offline.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
