Job Description

  • Handle Customer complaints and queries via incoming calls. Diagnose, resolve and document issues  as needed 
  • Analyze and evaluate help desk issues and patterns for escalation 
  • Initiate required action for response to customer requests and communicate the changes to  appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
  • Customers follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when necessary 5. Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor as and when required
