Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Handle Customer complaints and queries via incoming calls. Diagnose, resolve and document issues as needed
Analyze and evaluate help desk issues and patterns for escalation
Initiate required action for response to customer requests and communicate the changes to appropriate personnel/branch/ departments
Customers follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers when necessary 5. Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor as and when required

Preferable if own vehicle with valid license
Willing to work during off hours
Willing to work outside valley as per requirement
