Job Description

Swati Enterprises, a leading company in the Construction Material and Equipment industry, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales to take on this exciting role.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions, informing them about features, prices, and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Continuously achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and report on sales activities and progress
  • Identify market trends and customer preferences to develop sales strategies and increase market share
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and strategies to boost product sales
  • Attend product trainings to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new products and features
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer contracts.
