Swati Enterprises, a leading company in the Construction Material and Equipment industry, is currently looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven individual with a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in sales to take on this exciting role.

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions, informing them about features, prices, and benefits
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Continuously achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and report on sales activities and progress
Identify market trends and customer preferences to develop sales strategies and increase market share
Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry developments
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and strategies to boost product sales
Attend product trainings to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new products and features
Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and customer contracts.

Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior in the construction industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
