Job Description

This position is responsible for assisting the functions and Monitoring the overall site in  project department, not limited to handling the consumers queries and guests along  with tracking the records and monitoring the field. 

  • Greet guests and Support them with splendid customer service by assisting in  the operation of System. 
  • Ensure the Site is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies  of consumable items. 
  • Answer all client questions and incoming calls. 
  • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages. ∙ Monitor, organize and forward emails and maintain DPR. 
  • Track and order office equipment and supplies. 
  • Maintain records and files. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Responding to general email queries and escalating to relevant departments as  required.  
  • Receiving calls, maintain the announcements of information, assist to the  consumers at site. 
  • Support in filing and record keeping 
  • Place requests assigned by other departments.  
  • Handling the queries regarding Project from potential Consumers. ∙ Informing fault status on the consumer claims, submitting the claims, receiving  the calls, and regularly updating the system with the claim information and  comments.
