Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team at New Road, Khichapokhari. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt, professional, and solution-oriented support across multiple channels.

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Understand and communicate the features and benefits of our operating software and products to customersUtilize design knowledge to assist customers with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide step-by-step guidance
  • Monitor and respond to customer posts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and E-commerce websites
  • Prepare and design content for boosting and marketing activities
