Programiz is an Edtech company that helps users refine their skills so they can confidently approach a career in tech. We provide programming courses written in simple, understandable language for beginners.

Position Overview :

We are hiring Customer Support Interns to join our team at Programiz. We are looking for someone who can assist in handling customer inquiries across all our products. The ideal candidate will support the team by addressing inquiries promptly and helping to foster positive customer relationships.

This internship also offers the opportunity for a full-time position upon successful completion, based on performance.

*This is a paid internship position with a duration of 3 months. No remote work.

Requirements : 

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing one, in Business Management, IT, Communications, or any related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interest in customer service and tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers by answering queries and providing solutions via email, chat, or phone.
  • Document customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our entire product range to deliver accurate information to users. 
  • Help maintain the knowledge base and FAQs to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments as needed and provide necessary data to support their requirements.
