Job Description

Reports to: Team Lead

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support Genese Customers for different level of products 
  • Interact with customers to identify problems at the technical level, as required
  • Onsite visit to customer location to debug customer problems
  • Communicate with customers via email, phone and Genese ticketing system
  • Perform tasks requested by customer on their accounts 
  • Debug issues in Web Hosting Solutions (WHM/Server), Domain Registration, DNS Management, WAF and Web Application Setup
  • Ability to provide after-hours and weekend support
  • Other duties as assigned
