Job Description

We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking Customer Support (UK Based) to provide high-quality customer and sales support to UK-based clients. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in an international CSR company inbound or outbound (outbound sales experience is highly preferable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from UK-based customers with fluent English communication.
  • Assist customers in understanding products/services and proactively engage in up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner.
  • Process orders, track deliveries, and assist with service modifications as per customer requests.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • At least 1 year experience in an international CSR company inbound or outbound (outbound sales experience is highly preferable)
  • Fluent in British English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills for sales conversions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
