Job Description

Okhati is well funded and is growing at amazing rate. We have on average 4 customers on boarding every week. Sukraraj, Karnali, Baitadi, UCMS hospitals are some of our clients. We deliver approximately 2500 PCR reports digitally everyday. To support our growth, we are hiring numerous support persons who would help our customer onboard and use our software to its best.

Your job would be to make sure that the client is given all the know-hows of the product and are able to use it easily.You are responsible for on boarding and supporting new customers and prospects.

We are looking for someone who enjoys visiting places and talking to people, and has a knack for teaching. Apart from training customers, you will also be expected to support customers with issues in software or handling their new business requirements.

Duties

  • Configure the Okhati software as per package sold to customer
  • Help solve customer problems through our software
  • Train customers and their teams on the day to day use and administration of the product
  • Customer Support for all current clients

Requirements

  • Candidate should have two wheeler and a laptop
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic knowledge on the logic with which a software works
  • Soft skills to interact with customers over the phone or video call
