Job Description

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Supply Chain Executive who can take ownership of demand and supply planning, ensure smooth stock availability across the network, and act as a strong link between internal teams and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a close relationship with key stakeholders
Develop and maintain a demand forecast up to mid-term horizon
Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to understand forecast drivers
Lead KPI tracking, analysis, and corrective actions
Own Demand Planning
Provide input to the Supply Planning in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Prepare and give demand/forecast input to budget and planning processes
Call-off – Raw & Packaging Materials
Call-off for third-party brands' finished products
Ensure the balance of stocks throughout the network/customers
Detailed Scheduling of daily production levelled to key resources
