Job Description

Develop customers' profile and plan visits to customers regularly and proactively to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
Be the voice of the customer by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers about the products, sales & marketing and after sales support.
Analyzing customer data and feedback to improve customer experience and identify areas of improvement.
Mediating between customers and the organization by reporting and escalating customer issues and concerns to the relevant internal team.
Monitoring and evaluating customer engagement and loyalty metrics.
Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, administration, or engineering to provide feedback and insights from customers and advocate for their needs.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and practices in customer success.
Developing and implementing customer success strategies, processes, and best practices.
Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and referrals among existing customers.
