Job Description

  • Engage with prospects and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms to generate leads
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product features, updates, and roadmaps
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, product demos, and presentations for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication and support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales to PMO team
  • Actively engage in the end-to-end execution of any customer events and take the necessary follow-up action to generate leads/opportunities
  • Work hand in hand with respective product manager to learn about the product and also the whole sales lifecycle 
  • Work in collaboration with the Bid response officer to verify documents and submit bid on time
  • Other related tasks as required
