Job Description

Initiate pleasant interactions with customers
Answer customers’ questions regarding the product make color options and related information
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate product
Ensure that furniture is delivered to customers in timely manner
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Maintain customer information
Recommending products to customers based on their needs and design preferences
Stock Management
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
