Bachelor's Degree or suitable equivalent.
1+ years of work experience in a similar position.
Proficient knowledge of customer service and standard office practices procedures.
Proficient computer skills.
Proficient standard office equipment skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Available to work shift wise.

Overseeing and assessing customer service staff activities, and providing them regular performance-related feedback.
Monitor the daily activities of customer service operations.
Assist customer service staff with duties where required.
Training staff in areas of customer service and company policies.
Manage cash coverage and customer flow to ensure proficient customer service.
Investigate and solve customer service complaints.
Assist with the development and implementation of service policies and explain these to staff & customers.
Maintain documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
Perform additional duties where needed.
