Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Willing to serve the passenger and participate in promotion campaign organized. 
  •  Keeping the proper records of the passenger traveling through our online ticketing portal.
  • Job site location will be the Kalanki area.
