Job Description

The role requires individuals to outreach for healthcare providers (including US Hospitals, clinics, etc.) in an attempt to increase our EDI (Electronic Data Change) penetration. 

  • Would work Nepal Night (US Day) hours (9 am CT – 5 pm CT)
  • Able to respond to customer questions in a ticketing system
  • Work client services tickets in HubSpot when not doing provider reach-out
  • Terrific English communication skills (both email and calls)
  • Able to review reports and data put together from developers and provide analysis and drive action plans based on it
    • Example: Reviewing Health claim history, identifying what trading partners we receive these claims already for, and putting together an outreach plan to those trading partners for a new payer.
  • Prepare template email (1 per payer ID per Clearinghouse trading partner) that we can send to providers, identified from the claim history
  • Able to make phone calls to providers
  • The expectation is to make 20 calls a day using ‘AirCall’ to allow Nepal individuals to make calls over the internet
  • Able to put together good-looking, outward-facing reports (especially in Excel) that can be delivered to our customers showing what we are doing
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • Excellent Logical and Analytical Skill
  • Math Aptitude
  • Time Management and Professionalism

Other Job Requirements:

  • IT experience
  • Must be able to work on Holidays to take care of urgent tasks
  • Ability to work independently

Night Shift: 7:45 PM - 3:45 AM
