Job Description

We are hiring a highly motivated and articulate Remote (Nepal-based) Business Development Associate with excellent spoken English for B2B telemarketing and lead generation for our growing Commercial Cleaning business in the UK. The role involves cold calling to generate leads and maintaining updates on HubSpot CRM. You are not required to close sales on the phone, but generate interest with the purpose of setting up follow-up calls or meetings with the on-site Sales Director. A list of pre-approved prospect data will be provided along with full training. 

Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying B2B prospects across sectors such as education, hospitality, offices, and retail; initiating first contact through outbound calls and personalised emails; and effectively communicating our value proposition. You will qualify leads, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with the UK-based Sales Director to ensure a smooth handover for scheduled appointments.

This role is ideal for someone highly motivated, with excellent communication skills, a confident phone presence, and a proactive sales and business development mindset. 

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong sales mindset with confident telephone manner.
  • Proficient in using CRM software.
  • Ability to handle rejection and keep going.

Location & Timing:  This is a work-from-home position. The timings will be UK working hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), 45 hrs a week. 
Salary & Bonus: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 60,000 (depending on skill and experience) + attractive performance bonus.

Note: Previous experience in outbound cold calling, sales, or telemarketing in an international call centre environment is a MUST. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet this requirement.
