Other Specification

Minimum 5 years’ experience in international call centres, handling customers from English-speaking countries (UK, USA, Australia, etc.).
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong background in customer service, cold calling, and CRM systems.
Ability to work a 10-hour shift aligned to UK time (1:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight Nepali Time). 5-6 days a week.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
Target-driven, confident, and a customer-first mindset.

Attractive Pay Package

Rs 30,000 – 70,000 during your 3-month probation (based on role & experience)
After probation: monthly performance bonuses Rs 10,000 – 50,000+
Internet & Computer Allowance – Monthly up to Rs 5,000

Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
Assist UK clients with booking removals, storage, and related services.
