Job Description

Job Summary: The CSR ensures a smooth cinema experience by assisting guests, resolving issues, and maintaining QFX Cinemas’ service standards.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: QFX Cinemas- Civil Mall and Labim Mall
Compensation Benefits: Negotiable
Reporting To: Facility Manager/Assistant Facility Manager/ Duty Officer
Tenure: 2 years (renewable)

Professional Pre-requisites

  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or cinema operation.
  • Excellent communication with positive attitude
  • Pleasant, Polite, respectful, and emotionally mature personality

Areas of Responsibility

  • Actively approach and assist customers to create a friendly and comfortable environment.
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer complaints or queries related to tickets, seating, or service experience.
  • Coordinate with Duty Officer and operations team for immediate resolution of in-hall issues.
  • Maintain a noticeable presence with the green cap to signal approachability and availability.
  • Routinely patrol assigned areas to monitor customer satisfaction and prevent escalations.
  • Collect direct feedback and conduct surveys from customers regarding their QFX experience.
  • Report recurring issues, trends, or suggestions to the Duty Officer or FM for further action.
  • Assist the ground staff in managing queues, guiding customers, and ensuring order during peak hours.
  • Ensure that service quality standards are upheld across customer touchpoints.
  • Support promotional or customer engagement activities as needed.
  • Focal point for Loyalty Enrollment and educate customer about QFX App and Loyalty.
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor/ Head of department.

Preferences

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management

Note: The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
