Job Description

We are looking for the dynamic Personnel in the role of Part-Time Customer Service Representative for one of our US Project based on Network.

Job Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
Data entry in various platforms.

Offered Salary Package: CTC of Rs. 19,000.00 for 4 hours duty in a day and 6 days a week. Plus attractive bonus package.

Note:

Selected candidates will be provided employment contract after successfully completing the training phase for 7 to 15 days.
Selected Candidates will be required to work during the following duty hours:
Evening Shift: 5:45 PM to 9:45 PM
Morning Shift: 5:45 AM to 9:45 AM
These shifts may vary, and candidates should be available for both evening and/or morning shifts as needed.
