Job Description

Extratech Education and Visa Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, and a customer-centric mindset to deliver outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering prompt and professional assistance.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

2. Aged Care and Disability Support:

  • Assist clients in understanding and enrolling in aged care and disability support programs provided by Australian RTOs.
  • Address specific queries and provide tailored solutions for individuals seeking careers or training in aged care and disability support.

3. Compliance and Training Support:

  • Ensure client documents and processes adhere to compliance standards within Australian RTO guidelines.
  • Support the organization and monitoring of training programs in collaboration with RTOs, with a focus on aged care and disability support sectors.

4. Documentation and Administration:

  • Manage accurate and up-to-date client records using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work with internal teams to align customer service strategies with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote training and education services, particularly in aged care and disability support.

6. Problem-Solving:

  • Address and resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients in aged care and disability support services.
